Puffy — Terms of Use

Acceptance

By using Puffy you agree to these terms. Puffy is a private app for staying gently connected with a small circle of people you choose.

Using Puffy

You must provide accurate account information and be old enough to use the app under your local laws. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Use Puffy only to connect with people who consent. Do not use it to harass, track, or share another person’s location without their knowledge and agreement.

Location sharing

Location is shared only when you choose, with the specific person you select, for the time you set. Both sides control their own sharing and can stop at any time.

Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription, billed through the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel them in your store account settings.

Acceptable use & termination

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.

Disclaimer

Puffy is provided “as is”. Location and notifications depend on your device, network, and OS, and may be delayed or unavailable. Do not rely on Puffy for emergencies.
